  1. Comments are open to all. By submitting a comment, the user declares to have read this regulation and to fully accept it. The civil and criminal liability of the comments is borne by the writer.
  2. Each user can participate in the discussion only after registering. Multiple accounts belonging to the same user will be removed and that user will be placed under moderation.
  3. Users are asked to post polite and cordial comments. Too long comments and full copy-paste from other sites are not considered acceptable. Comments deemed offensive, defamatory, vulgar, or that violate legal requirements are forbidden. Off topic comments and advertising are also forbidden. The reporting of news (or contributions written from scratch) must take place by sending an e-mail to the editorial staff (segnalazioni@uaar.it).
  4. Who thinks that one or more comments violate the regulation must not publicly complain about it, but instead send a message to the moderation staff (moderazioneblog@uaar.it) for a subsequent evaluation.
  5.  It is forbidden to comment publicly on moderation interventions, any dispute regarding such interventions must be made by sending a message to the moderation staff email address (moderazioneblog@uaar.it).
  6. The violation of the previous rules may be followed by the deletion (partial or total) of the comment, by putting the user under moderation or, in the most serious cases, by removing his account. No communication will be given to the user, who can however ask about it to the moderation staff (moderazioneblog@uaar.it).
